IAM Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement security requirements and controls.
• Support Application Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Secure SDLC initiatives.
• Conduct threat modelling, risk assessments and security reviews.
• Promote secure coding standards and security best practices.
• Work closely with engineering teams to embed security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to security governance, assurance and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

• Experience in security engineering, application security, DevSecOps and IAM.
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, authentication and authorisation.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, MFA and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience with security testing, risk assessment and vulnerability management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
